Before you submit - please read these points
- Before submitting: Before each new report, open your desired live Trail Reports page by clicking the LIVE REPORT links below this text box to review the current report to see when the last report was made and any changes or additions you would like to make to it. Keep that page tab open to review your completed report.
- Trail Reports: Enter the latest trail conditions, closures, and any area specific changes if applicable. If posting before a weekend, it would be optimum to include expected conditions. You can either replace the existing report completely or add addtional info to the existing report that is populated in the text block.
- Trail News: This is for club announcements, work days, events, or important updates. Trail hazards could be listed here with the possibility of adding reference photos in the Trail Update photos section. You can either replace the existing trail news text completely or add addtional info to the existing news that is populated in the text block.
- After Submitting: Click over to your open Live Report tab and refresh the page to see the updated report.
- Changes: If you need to make changes, return to this Report Hub tab in your browser and reforesh the page. Update the form as needed using the above guidelines, and submit again.
- Photos are optional: You may update text without adding new photos. Existing photos will remain.
- Add Photos Only - You also have the option to only add photos to the report. Existing report and news will remain.
